Louise Trembath — Senior Property Manager

After many years of managing huge portfolios of properties in Auckland, Louise made a deliberate break for a more low-volume and bespoke approach and in 2015 she became part of the Custom team. Her experience has made her extremely street wise, and she certainly puts very robust tenant selection processes and checks in place.

Rachelle Dunn — Assistant Property Manager

With a wealth of support experience gained from roles in various highly demanding service based industries, Rachelle brings a strong level of attention to detail, customer focus, and communication skills to the Assistant Property Manager’s role, complementing our Senior Property Manager, Louise Trembath, brilliantly.

Paul Vujnovich — Business Owner

The new owner of Custom Property Management (1 December 2021) and with more than 20 years of experience within the real estate sector, Paul is a well-travelled industry figure and is known for his high integrity, values and business acumen. Earning more than a decade’s worth of real estate awards both in New Zealand and Internationally, while recently being inducted into his sales network’s International Hall of Fame, the fit with Custom Property Management was perfect.
